Country Practice Sub Indicators

To understand what is happening inside the schools, we must look beyond the school-level factors to think about the broader system that influences the quality of service delivery. This broader framework includes the policies governing service delivery as well as the political and bureaucratic environment in which these policies are created. Aside from detailed information on the practice indicators, this set of indicators presents information on all three levels, the three Ps—practice, policies, and politics.
